Agent Runtime 1.0 ships with audit logging and policy gating wired into the runtime, not bolted on. Every tool call, model response, and human approval step lands in a tamper-evident log. The gating layer enforces policy at the runtime boundary so misconfigured prompts cannot exfiltrate data or call tools they were not authorized to call.

The runtime is the same code that backs production agents inside enterprise and government deployments. Versioning, model rollover, and prompt updates are managed operations primitives, not patches.
